Water Damage Restoration Pro is operated by LRBD LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.
What we are
This site is a free referral service operated by LRBD LLC. We are not a restoration contractor and do not perform restoration work. We connect property owners with independent local contractors who pay us a fee for each referral. We do not guarantee the work of any contractor.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, phone number, the ZIP code and address of the property, and what you tell us about the work you need.
- Which page you came from: we record the URL you submitted from, so we know which city and service your request relates to.
- Call records: calls to the numbers on this site are routed through a call tracking provider that records the number you called from, the time, the duration and, where the recorded announcement is played, the audio of the call.
- Analytics: standard web analytics, meaning pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use and share it
We share what you submit with one or more independent restoration contractors who cover your area, so they can contact you about your request. That is the entire purpose of the service. Those contractors are separate businesses and their own use of your details is governed by their own privacy policies.
Under some state privacy laws, passing your details to a contractor who pays us a referral fee may count as selling or sharing personal information. You have the right to opt out, described below.
We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers or data brokers.
Calls, texts and recording
By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by phone, text or email by us and by the matched contractor about your request, including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email privacy@thewaterdamagerestorationpro.com.
Calls to the numbers on this site may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for 24 months for dispute resolution and billing, then deleted. Call recordings are retained for 12 months. You can ask us to delete sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port the information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@thewaterdamagerestorationpro.com with the phone number or email you submitted. We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Once a contractor has received your details you will need to contact them directly to have their copy deleted. We will tell you who they were.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
