1. What this service is
This site is a free referral service operated by LRBD LLC. We are not a restoration contractor and do not perform restoration work. We connect property owners with independent local contractors who pay us a fee for each referral. We do not guarantee the work of any contractor.
2. No contractor relationship
We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor. We do not supervise, direct or control their work, set their prices, or guarantee their availability, quality, timeliness, licensing status or insurance coverage at any given moment. Any dispute about work performed is between you and that contractor.
3. Vetting is not a guarantee
We make reasonable efforts to verify that contractors in the network hold the licenses and insurance their state requires, and we remove contractors who accumulate unresolved complaints. This is not a warranty. Verify licensing yourself with your state board, confirm insurance directly, and get the scope and price in writing before work begins.
4. Information on this site
Cost ranges, response times, local statistics and guidance on this site are estimates and general information. They are not a quote and not professional advice. Actual pricing comes from the contractor after they assess the property. Local data such as permit requirements and insurance treatment is compiled from public sources and may be out of date. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
5. Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the property owner or are authorized to request work on the property. You agree not to use this site to submit false requests, to scrape it, or to interfere with its operation.
6. Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, a gas leak, structural collapse or an active electrical hazard, call 911 and your utility company first.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LRBD LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a contractor you were matched with. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
